How to Play Roll the Dice Exercise Game for Kids
This roll the dice game is super simple to play. It makes a great boredom-busting activity for kids. My four-year-old nephew loves playing the roll dice exercise game. It’s easy for him to get the hang of. Here’s how you play the game.
- Download and print the roll the dice movement game
- Put the dice together
- Roll the dice
- Do the number activity that corresponds to the number that the dice says
So if you roll a 5 then you look on the game for the number 5 dice icon. Then your child or grandchild does the movement it says. I created two pages that contain different activities. This way your child doesn’t get bored doing the same activities repeatedly.
You can even add a timer. They have to do 5 jumping jacks in 30 seconds.
